Kathy first appears at 6.40 Putting on wetsuit at 7.50

In real life Kathy was a marine biologist who worked at The Australian Museum and the CSIRO Fisheries at South Cronulla.  An episode of Skippy featured Kathy as herself. Underwater scenes were filmed at Seal Rocks by Ron and Valerie Taylor and their assistant, John Harding. (Later cut to a minimum by the film editors).  [...]

Beginning in October 2009 the Nine Network in Australia began showing re-runs of Skippy during an early morning time slot.
